Have you ever been instructed to use a particular item or tool in a manor in which it was never intended to be used? Carson Products Company, the makers of Magic Shave Depilatory Cream and Powders, have told their customers for years to use a spatula when removing their product when shaving. My tool of choice was a pancake spatula. Other customers have been known to use credit cards, butter knives, and popsicle sticks. For years, this has been the method of shaving, until I developed the Ti Razor.
Shaving Tips
First of all, you should NEVER wash your face before shaving with a depilatory!
I always recommend that one should apply a small amount of Black Ti After-Shave moisturizer to the face before shaving, as it will provide a coating between you and the depilatory.
Then, wait 2-5 min before applying the depilatory of your choice to your face. NOTE: If you're using the powder form of depilatory (Magic Shave, Royal Crown, etc.), it has a tendency to dry. I would recommend going to your local Wal-Mart or Target store and visit their travel size toiletries section, where you may find a small, 2 inch spray bottle (costs about $ .50). Fill the bottle with water, then, spray the light mist onto the Magic Shave area. Avoid over-spraying, as it will cause the depilatory to run.
After you have waited the appropriate time, remove the depilatory with the Ti Razor. Then, rinse and shampoo your face with Black Ti Facial Shampoo. Repeat this process with cold water, gently massaging the shampoo into the skin.
Finally, rinse with very cold water, then, apply Black Ti After-Shave Moisturizer.
